1. All orders received by Diana Tartan are regarded as placed and received in Scotland. Any disputes arising should be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

3. The prices quoted on our website are shown in UK Sterling (GBP) exclusive of VAT at the current rate. Errors and omissions excluded. For European Union countries, VAT is added at Checkout as necessary.
