Shipping

Standard shipping is £4.95 for UK orders, £6.95 for European orders and £9.95 for the rest of the world.

Our normal shipping arrangement is provided by Royal Mail.

Delivery to Canada and the US usually takes 10-14 days.

All orders should arrive with you within 28 days, unless otherwise stated on the site.

Dispatch

Unless otherwise specified on the site, we aim to dispatch most items within two working days of your payment being cleared. However, we can only guarantee to dispatch within five working days. Please contact us in advance if you have a deadline by which an order needs to arrive and we will always do our best to help.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days from making it, or seven days of receipt of goods - whichever is longer.

You are welcome to order any item from our extensive catalogue to try on for size and comfort. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please return them in an unused condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your goods - we cannot refund postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of goods to Diana Tartan/Lochcarron.

If any item that you order is out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. You will have the option of having it back ordered for you or cancelling altogether.
